Michelle DeSilva is the Principal of College Park Elementary School. She has dedicated 26 years to teaching students in grades K–8 and has served as a principal for three years.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, a Master of Science in Teacher Leadership & Mentorship and is certified with the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT). She loves Jesus and is passionate about helping students meet Him while fostering a supportive learning environment, mentoring educators, and helping every student succeed. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading books, and travelling.
