Our sister school, Kingsway College, offers an annual after-school Gymnastics Club led by the Aerials! Open to students aged 8–13, this program helps build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Cost is determined annually—come flip, stretch, and soar with the Aerials!
At CPES, we encourage students to give back to the community. Each year, we partner with Adventist Community Services and Life Neighbourhood Centre, hosting food drives that inspire generosity and remind us we are blessed to bless others.
LaVonna Bussey, a certified ORMTA piano teacher, offers in-school piano lessons at CPES. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Burman University and an ARCT in Piano Pedagogy, bringing over 35 years of teaching experience. For information, email .
Each year, CPES Kindergarten–Grade 8 students participate in our Terry Fox Walk/Run, supporting cancer research. We’re inspired by our beloved teacher, Mrs. Chant, who courageously continues her own cancer journey. To donate, click the button below (active in September only).
CPES partners with Young Engineers Oshawa to offer on-site after-school STEM clubs. These grade-specific 6–8-week sessions rotate through coding, robotics, and mechanical engineering, providing students with hands-on experience in software and physical design. Program details and fees are shared annually.
CPES is fortunate to be within walking distance of the Kingsway Greenhouse, which welcomes our students each year for field trips and partners with us in meaningful community outreach initiatives.
