How to Apply

Admittance & Registration Policies

College Park Elementary School welcomes students from Seventh-day Adventist families and others who support Christian values. As a private, faith-based school, College Park Elementary expects students to follow its religious and behavioral guidelines both on campus and during school-related activities.

Enrollment & Re-Enrollment Instructions

Start Online Submission

Start the online application through the Enrollment Portal provided by the Ontario Conference Office of Education.

Click ‘Registration Application’

On the homepage, select ‘Registration Application’ from the top menu.

Sign In or Register

Sign in or create a new account if you do not have one.

School Selection

Select  ‘College Park Elementary School’ as your desired school.

Ensure each file is clear and legible for verification purposes.

Registration Fees & Early Bird Discounts

Early Bird Registration

We offer discounted registration fees for families who complete their registration by the early bird deadline (April 30 for returning students, May 31 for new students).

    • The registration fee must be submitted before an application will be considered.
    • Registration fees are non-refundable.
    • A 3% discount is given to families who pay the full annual tuition by September 30 of the current school year.

    Payment Methods

    The following payment methods are accepted (listed in order of preference):

    Online Banking

    Parents may log into their bank’s online platform and add College Park Elementary School as a payee to make monthly tuition payments.

    To set up College Park Elementary School as a payee, you will be asked for a parent account number. Your account number can be found on your school statement directly beneath your name.

    If you are making an online payment for items other than tuition, please email  to notify us of:

    • The payment amount
    • The date submitted
    • The purpose of the payment

    E-Transfer

    Payments may be sent via e-transfer to .
    Please clearly indicate the purpose of the payment in the memo line.

    Cheque, Debit, or Cash

    Payments may also be made at the school office by cheque, debit card, or with cash.

     

    Additional Information

    Monthly Statements

    • Monthly account statements are emailed at the beginning of each month (starting in October). Statements include all invoices and payments recorded for the school year.

    Financial Assistance Requests

    • Requests for tuition assistance (for both constituent and non-constituent students) must be submitted through your church board. Application forms are available through your church office. Please check with your church regarding application deadlines.
